Ink resin

Ink phenolic resin

Ink phenolic resin is a yellow brown solid resin made by esterification of rosin, phenol and Paraformaldehyde condensate with polyols. It is soluble in Coal tar, ester, Turpentine and other solvents, insoluble in alcohol solvents, partially soluble in petroleum solvents, and extremely soluble in aliphatic group. High adhesion and good fluidity. Suitable for printing ink in systems such as rotary printing and gravure printing.

Water Based Ink Resin

Rosin modified resin used for water-based inks is formed by partial esterification of unsaturated acid modified rosin with polyols. It is a high acid value resin with high water solubility, and can be mixed with other alcohol soluble resins with strong adhesion.
